Which courier do we use?

All orders placed on DocGarden are shipped via express courier to the delivery address indicated by the user when ordering.
For our shipments we use Poste Italiane or SDA, chosen on the basis of the coverage of the territory and the services offered. At the time of order fulfillment, our computerized logistics system will identify the most suitable courier in terms of service, also in consideration of the geographical area of ​​destination of the delivery.
For this reason it is not possible to choose the preferred courier when ordering. As soon as the order is shipped, the system will send an email to the email address provided to notify the dispatch of the shipment and the selected courier.

How long do we deliver?

Delivery times depend not only on the place of destination but also on the type of product purchased and the service requested.
From the moment the product is collected by the courier from DocGarden warehouses, the average delivery time is generally 48/72 hours.
